1. What this service is

LiveMTM is operated by Gaurav Garg and publishes a live, automated view of one personal trading account. Subscribers can see open index-options positions, running profit and loss, historical daily results, and receive notifications when a position is opened or closed.

2. What this service is not

The operator of this site, Gaurav Garg, is not a Research Analyst or Investment Adviser registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India. Nothing published here is investment advice, a research report, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. No representation is made that any person will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown.

3. Risk

Trading in derivatives is high risk and can result in the loss of your entire capital. Studies published by SEBI have found that the large majority of individual traders in the equity derivatives segment lose money. You should not act on anything shown here, and any decision you take with your own capital is yours alone.

4. Accuracy and availability

Data is pulled from a third-party broker API and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. The service is provided "as is" with no warranty of uptime or accuracy. Displayed figures are indicative and may differ from the broker's contract notes, which are authoritative.

5. Your account

Accounts are personal. Sharing your login, re-publishing the position data, or reselling access is not permitted and may result in termination without refund.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding month.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
